Larry Sargent

Larry Sargent began his career in the technology field over 20 years ago but decided to change his career path to fulfill his lifelong passion for helping others. He commenced as an Associate Counselor in 2010 at Livengrin Foundation in Bensalem, PA, upon completing his certification for the CADC. Larry has been active in the 12-step community for over 35 years. Before joining Right Choice Recovery in March of 2024, Larry worked for the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Department as a counselor. Prior to that, he worked at Summit Behavioral Health at the start of 2022 and served as a Counselor at The Behavioral Health Center in Trenton and as a Dual Diagnosis Counselor at Livengrin Foundation in Bensalem, PA. He has counseled many clients in groups, individually, and in family sessions spanning a wide age range. His wife of over 21 years is the light of his life and his biggest supporter in his career choice.
